Whilst every effort is made to ensure accuracy in the content of this web site, Go Run Limited are not responsible for any typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions. The information, prices and terms presented on this site are subject to change without prior notice. Not all products are available at all times. Please note that all displayed products are subject to availability.



As a UK-based company all our prices are presented in pound sterling. We do not deliver outside the UK.


Stock levels

Generally all listed products are in stock. If you order an item which has recently sold out and it won’t be back in stock we will offer you an alternative or a full refund. Please note that all displayed products are subject to availability.



For the delivery of orders within the UK we use a range of delivery services based on your location to get your items to you as soon as possible. Go Run Limited is not responsible for any delays encountered by these delivery services, adverse weather conditions or out of area deliveries.


Missing parcels

In the unlikely event of your parcel being lost by the courier, as the sender we will be responsible for making the enquires and eventual claim for the lost items. This means that once the courier classes a parcel as lost (15 working days Royal Mail UK deliveries) we can process a replacement or refund immediately.

If a parcel is sent on a Next Day Delivery service we should get a much quicker and detailed response from the courier.

Please contact us via phone or email if your parcel has not arrived within the expected time.


In-store Gift Cards

 In-store gift cards remain active for 24 months from the date of purchase, after this time the voucher will expire and any outstanding balance will be lost. Go Run Limited is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorised use of gift cards and cannot be exchanged for cash. In-store gift cards can only be used in exchange for products purchased in-store and cannot be used online. Go Run Limited reserves the right to amend these T&Cs without notice.

Discount codes cannot be used against the sale of Gift Cards.
